通常应用的磁性槽楔主要有模压磁性槽楔(优点:强度高,导磁强;缺点:生产效率低,价格很高);磁性板槽楔(优点:强度高,导磁强,生产效率高,价格适中,适合批量生产;缺点:损耗大);磁性引拔槽楔(优点:纵向强度很高,生产效率高,价格适较便宜,适合批量生产;缺点:横向强度较低,导磁率相对较低)

经多年使用经验及研究发现,使用磁性槽楔,卡氏系数明显降低并可以提高效率、降低温升和减少噪声。图1是文献中报道使用磁性槽楔后电机效率提高数据。横坐标是电机功率,纵坐标是电机效率的提高,从图中可以看出电机效率可以提高0.5%到1.7%,平均约1%。
